EASLA is a non-profit association that has scientific and cultural purposes to promote the development and knowledge of scleral contact lenses and related disciplines, both towards the public and towards specialists in three continents, Europe, Oceania and Asia, and in Countries where there is not a local association of scleral lenses. . The dissemination of the clinical and scientific culture of these lenses is carried out through the organization of courses, webinars, updates, congresses and by promoting publications, research, surveys, public information, protocols, guidelines and interdisciplinary relationships.
